Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Humanos subscription to use the ring?
The ring works with the Humanos Health area (from Journey up). The full ring panel, crossed with your chart, and the member price come with Constellation.
Why is it cheaper for Constellation members?
The ring is how your body enters Humanos. Constellation members use everything it offers — so they pay only part of it.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes, through the Humanos app. In the browser, direct Bluetooth works on Chrome and Edge (desktop) and on Android — Safari on iPhone does not offer Bluetooth to websites.
How do I know my size?
When ordering, choose your size (6 to 13) or ask for the sizing kit: it arrives before the ring so you can confirm calmly.
Does the ring diagnose anything?
No. The Humanos ring is a wellness companion: it shows estimates and trends to help you know yourself. Any health concern is for a professional.
What happens to my data?
It stays in your account, only comes in with your consent and you can delete everything at any time on the ring page.
